What's covered

Qualifies for credit-back

  • Lead's email address bounces (hard bounce confirmed)
  • Lead's phone number is non-existent or disconnected
  • Lead was submitted fraudulently (flagged by Jada)
  • Duplicate contact already unlocked by you within 30 days — automatic credit-back, no report needed

Does not qualify

  • Lead didn't respond to your outreach
  • Lead chose a different vendor
  • Lead's event was cancelled after you unlocked
  • You changed your mind about the lead

Automatic protections — no action needed

  • Duplicate detection: if you already have this contact unlocked, a second unlock is blocked and credits are returned instantly.
  • Cancelled events: if an event is cancelled before you unlock it, the lead is removed from your queue automatically.

How to report an invalid lead

You have 7 calendar days from the moment you unlock the lead to submit a report.

Send your lead ID and a brief reason to contact@eepic.ca. We review every report personally.

Credits returned within 2 business days

If your report is approved, credits are returned to your account automatically.
