Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms (“Referral Terms”) govern participation in the Jada Vendor Referral Program (the “Program”) operated by E-EPIC TECHNOLOGIES LTD. (“Jada”, “we”, “us”). These Referral Terms are incorporated into and subject to our Terms & Conditions. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Referral Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Jada Vendor Referral Program allows active Vendor accounts to earn platform credits by inviting other event service professionals to join Jada. Both the referring Vendor and the successfully referred Vendor receive credits upon the referred Vendor completing their profile.

Jada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, subject to the notice provisions in Section 8.

2. Eligibility

To participate as a referring Vendor, you must:

  • Have an active Jada Vendor account in good standing (not suspended, restricted, or under active review).
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

The Program is not available to Jada employees, contractors, directors, or their immediate family members.

3. How to Refer

  • Each eligible Vendor is assigned a unique referral link, accessible from their dashboard and from the Referral page.
  • A referral is attributed when a new user creates a Vendor account using your referral link at the time of signup. Retroactive application of referral links (i.e., after an account has already been created) is not permitted.
  • If a new Vendor uses more than one referral link, credit is attributed to the first valid referral link used at the point of account creation. No double attribution will occur.
  • Sharing your referral link via email, social media, direct message, or your own website is encouraged. You are responsible for ensuring your promotion complies with all applicable laws, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Do not send unsolicited bulk messages.

4. Credit Rewards

  • The referring Vendor earns 20 credits when their referred Vendor reaches 90% profile completion (see Section 5).
  • The referred Vendor also earns 20 credits upon reaching 90% profile completion.
  • Credits are added automatically to both accounts at the moment the 90% threshold is crossed. No manual claim is required.
  • There is no cap on the number of successful referrals a Vendor can make.
  • Credits earned through the Program are governed by the general Credits and Lead Unlock terms in our Terms & Conditions (Section 6).

5. What Counts as a Completed Profile (90%)

A referred Vendor’s profile is considered “ completed” for the purposes of this Program when it reaches 90% completion. The five checkpoints that constitute full profile completion are:

  1. Business information — business name, category, description, and location.
  2. Services — at least one service or offering added.
  3. Portfolio images — at least one photo uploaded.
  4. Availability / Hours — availability or operating hours set.
  5. Custom FAQs — at least one FAQ added.

Credits are awarded at the moment the 90% threshold is first crossed. They are not awarded retroactively if a profile drops below 90% and is later restored.

Jada may update the definition of “completed profile” or the completion checkpoints with at least 14 days’ notice via in-app notification or email.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-referral: creating duplicate, fake, or secondary accounts to refer yourself or to generate fraudulent credit rewards.
  • Fake accounts: referring individuals who have no genuine intention of using Jada as a Vendor.
  • Incentivized referrals outside the Platform: offering cash, gifts, discounts, or any other benefit to referred Vendors outside of the credits provided by Jada through the Program.
  • Spam and misleading claims: sending unsolicited bulk messages, making false or exaggerated claims about Jada or the Program when promoting your referral link.
  • Circumventing the system: any other activity designed to manipulate or abuse the Program in a manner not intended by Jada.

Violations may result in immediate credit reversal, account suspension or termination, and, where applicable, legal action to recover damages.

7. Credit Terms

  • Credits earned through the Program are non-monetary, non-transferable between accounts, and have no cash value.
  • Credits do not expire while your account remains active, subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
  • Jada reserves the right to reverse or withhold credits if a referral is determined to be fraudulent, in violation of these Referral Terms, or otherwise ineligible.
  • Upon account closure or termination, unused credits are forfeited and have no cash or redemption value.

8. Program Changes & Termination

  • Jada may change reward amounts, eligibility requirements, completion criteria, or any other aspect of the Program with at least 14 days’ notice via email or in-app notification.
  • Jada may terminate the Program entirely with at least 30 days’ notice. Credits already earned and held in your account at the time of termination will be preserved for use in lead unlocks while your account remains active.
  • Your continued participation after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Referral Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, consistent with the governing law provisions of our Terms & Conditions.
