How it works
THREE STEPS.one real conversation.
01
Tell Zamala.
A date, a vibe, a guest count, a culture, a budget — however you want to describe it. She listens the way a friend listens.
02
She matches.
Zamala introduces a curated selection of local pros who fit what you’re planning. Each with real pricing, real portfolios, real reviews.
03
You decide.
Save the ones you love and show your interest. When a pro replies, the conversation starts — hire the one who clicks. Zamala stays with you from the first spark to the last dance.

Your culture, celebrated
Businesses that own who they are
Hire from your community
Event Pros who share their identity do it proudly. Explore businesses owned by people like you — or people you want to stand with.
Identity is self-declared by each Pro. It raises their visibility in matching — it never excludes anyone, and it is never a filter on quality.

Behind Zamala
BUILT BY TWO BRAZILIANmusicians in Vancouver.
Juliana and Raphael met through music — a concert, a Vancouver sunset, a song that mattered. They know the events world from the inside: the hospitality floor, the wedding dance floor, the planning spreadsheet. Zamala is how they bring those worlds together.
The name Zamala means “the one who gathers people to celebrate” — with roots across Bantu, Swahili, Arabic and Sanskrit traditions.
